La Maison des Vins des Coteaux du Languedoc
 
A winemaker’s homestead dating from the end of the XVII to the beginning of the XVIII century, it has been renovated by wine producers to as a showcase for their wines. The ‘Saporta’ were a great Spanish family whose name has been linked to Montpellier and its Faculty of Medicine since the end of the Middle Ages.

Meet the Vignerons
 
In March every two years a 2-day event brings together 200 wine producers from the Coteaux du Languedoc, Clairette du Languedoc, Faugères and Saint Chinian, enabling them to introduce their best vintages to French and overseas buyers and the wine loving public.
Workshops of interest adults and young people are mounted each day.
The next "Rencontre" will be in March 2007.
 
Rambling round the terroirs
 
Groups of producers organize rambles- and tastings- in their terroirs.
La Clape in May; June in Pic Saint Loup; July in Terrasses du Larzac, July and August in Montpellier with the Grés de Montpellier.
